PANEL DISCUSSION: Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

Another panel discussion on “Integrating Rural Women Producers in the Global Food Value chains, Ministry of Rural Development” was held during the World Food India 2024 organized from 19th to 22nd September 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (Fig 2). This event was organized by the Ministry of Food Processing industries and was attended by various women entrepreneurs in the food value chain which included attendees from rural sectors as well. The various technologies developed under RuTAG with relevance to food sector for rural livelihood improvement was showcased and provided a pivotal platform to highlight these initiatives and encourage further dialogue on enhancing rural entrepreneurship ecosystems throughout India.
