The Third Project Review and Monitoring Committee (PRMC) Meeting of the RuTAG 2.0 projects was held on 2nd April 2026 at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
During the meeting, seven RuTAG centres presented detailed progress updates on their ongoing projects. Each presentation was followed by in-depth discussions, enabling constructive feedback, expert inputs, and strategic guidance from the PRMC members.
The deliberations focused on assessing project outcomes, technology scalability, field-level impact, and pathways for strengthening last-mile delivery. The committee emphasised the need for cluster-based scaling, robust impact quantification, and stronger ecosystem partnerships to help transition technologies from pilot deployments to sustainable, market-driven solutions.
The meeting served as an important platform to review the progress of RuTAG 2.0 initiatives and identify actionable strategies for enhancing their impact across rural and grassroots communities.
