He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Chandigarh University and an Advanced General Management certification from IMT Ghaziabad.

Over the years, he has led the digital transformation of multiple government departments in India, overseeing the technical management and transformation of projects, improving application workflows, and enhancing citizen-facing platforms.
