Vivek Kalhan Reshi Raina

Vivek Kalhan Reshi Raina is a Policy Fellow at the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, working with the Policy Analytics and Insights Unit (PAIU). He holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering, VTU.

His interest areas include science and technology policy, strategic studies, and history. Prior to joining OPSA, he interned with the Emerging Technologies Wing of the Government of Telangana, contributing towards identifying risks and regulations for Government of Telangana’s initiatives for a Telugu LLM. Vivek also brings over five years of industry experience at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where he worked as a Programmer, DNS Expert, and Cloud Developer.

He is currently engaged in tracking and analysing critical and emerging technologies to support informed policy interventions and strengthen India’s science and innovation ecosystem.
