Animesh Jain

Animesh Jain is a Senior Policy Fellow with the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, working in the Policy Analytics and Insights Unit. His work focuses on technology policy, including artificial intelligence policy, as well as broader areas of international technology engagement and science and innovation policy, including deep tech startups policy.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Security from Sciences Po, Paris, with concentrations in China & East Asia and Diplomacy. He has previously worked with organisations such as MKAI, Kubernein Initiative, Tianjin Intertech Corporation, AI Policy Labs, the National Skill Development Corporation, and the Observer Research Foundation in various capacities.
