Anuradha Rajbir comes with a notable 8 years of work experience from professional training and coaching industry where she has been able to impact thousands of students with her mentorship and new innovations in the field of UPSC civil services examinations. She is a product enthusiast with a keen interest in entrepreneurship and skill building.

With her rich academic credentials as Computer Science Engineer Anuradha has a keen interest in Political Science and is alumnus of IIMK in Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation. She envisions India as a product nation with skilled workforce and is strong believer of human potential for what a strong-willed person can achieve in this lifetime.

Anuradha has a strong sense of purpose and towards leaving a mark with her work, she previously served roles and responsibilities as the Head of the Department - Mentorship, where she successfully shaped the team, defined ethos, trained the workforce, and created lasting new academic & technical products for CSE aspirants.

She is associated with various NGOs in the field of education and women empowerment. She intends to give back to the society by educating underprivileged children, career guidance, supporting skill building ecosystem and empowering women by helping them in creating economic opportunities for themselves.

At Strategic Alliance Division she is entrusted with the responsibilities of project management for Manthan platform, and enriching the entire experience.  She is also playing pivotal role in managing, promoting and forging partnerships on scientific research and innovations from India’s premier academia for social impact with Industry, philanthropic and CSR organisation through Manthan.
