Isha Sharma

With an intriguing academic background in Philosophy and Development Management, Isha is an alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi and Indian School of Development Management, Noida. Being a development professional, she curates the content to communicate the impact of various sustainable interventions across sectors.
Isha has previously worked with CSRBOX, where she led the communication vertical of many of the CSR projects of the companies and developed partnerships with CSR foundations, Government and NGOs to drive social impact at scale. She was also associated with Digital Empowerment Foundation. During her tenure, she worked on optimizing the value chain of the handmade products of weavers and artisans across India to increase revenue and improve the outreach of the organisation along with providing uniform employment to the artisans.
She played a pivotal role in organising and managing the India’s largest entrepreneurship development program, ‘Power of Ideas’ event organized by CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad and facilitated 400+ mentoring sessions of 75 teams.
Isha is also a Graduate of iPolicy for Young Leaders: A short-term course in Public Policy by the Centre for Civil Society. She has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence for involvement in the Green Global Certification Program, an initiative by the International Centre for Culture and Education to educate, inspire and act against climate change.
Currently, at the Strategic Alliances Division, she heads the project management and manage multiple projects collaborations for social impact. She is also responsible for O/o PSA's special projects for Women in STEM.
