  • Tushar is a research and strategy professional with around 5 years of experience spanning scientific research and the consulting domain. He has conducted extensive qualitative and quantitative studies, benchmarking analyses, and stakeholder assessments to deliver actionable insights that support business strategies and national-level initiatives.

 

  • With an academic background in biosciences, Tushar holds a master’s degree in Biochemistry from Galgotias University and a bachelor’s in microbiology from Amity University.

 

  • In his current role in the Strategic Alliances Division at the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, he facilitates partnerships among industry, academia, startups, government, and foundations. His responsibilities include conducting strategic research, developing partnership and outreach material, drafting briefing notes and project summaries, and supporting the division’s strategic initiatives.
