CSIR-CFTRI has developed a standardized technology for the cultivation and processing of Spirulina, a nutrient-rich blue-green algae recognized globally as a natural health food. The process ensures hygienic large-scale production of Spirulina powder and tablets, rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals—ideal for addressing malnutrition, boosting immunity, and promoting overall wellness.
