overview
CSIR-IHBT has developed low-cost, protein and fibre enriched cereal bars to address malnutrition in children and women. Made from 100% natural multigrain ingredients -millets, pulses, fruits, and honey, the bars offer high nutrition with low sugar and saturated fat, supporting commercial scalability and public health nutrition programs.
