CSIR-CFTRI has developed Ragi Papad, a millet-based ready-to-fry crisp snack that promotes nutritious and traditional eating. Made primarily from finger millet (ragi) blended with other cereals and pulses, it offers a gluten-free, high-fiber, and calcium-rich alternative to conventional papads supporting India’s millet movement and healthy snacking goals.
