Papad is a thin wafer-like snack made from legume flour, salt, khar, and spices, either toasted or deep-fried to a crispy texture. The technology supports semi- or fully-automatic production for small-scale and export-oriented manufacturers. Technical support and consultancy are provided based on requirements.
