This technology enables sustainable bioenergy generation from biodegradable food waste through anaerobic co-digestion of cooked and uncooked wastes. It optimises the favourable C/N ratio for efficient biogas production while producing nutrient-rich digestate as manure. Training, demonstration, and troubleshooting support are provided.
