overview

The National Institute of Plant Genome Research has developed the first-ever 90K Pan-genome SNP Genotyping Arrays, IndRA for rice and IndiCA for Chickpea. These arrays capture novel trait-associated genomic variations, enhancing genotyping and genomics-assisted breeding. Technical support is provided for adoption, data analysis, and integration into crop improvement programs.
