Copper and silver nanoparticles synthesized through a green route were formulated into nanocomposites and validated against major crop pathogens. Demonstrating strong antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae and antifungal action against Rhizoctonia solani, the technology also controlled chickpea wilt. Net house validations confirm readiness for multi-location field trials in rice (Oryza sativa) and chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)
