Turmeric Spice-Mix Formulation for Instant, Bioavailable Functional Milk

ICAR–IISR, Kozhikode, has developed a novel spice mix formulation to prepare turmeric milk with enhanced solubility and bioavailability. Unlike traditional homemade preparations, this mix prevents insoluble sedimentation and improves the absorption of active ingredients, offering a more effective and convenient health drink.
