RuTAG-Cell, IIT Kharagpur, has developed an induction motor-driven machine for making Sutli (string) from banana, jute, and other fibrous materials. It ensures superior quality output, eliminates gender-related operational issues, and provides a simple, efficient process. Training and operational support are available.
