The Sonali 45 cauliflower variety, selected from the traditional Kuvari variety, delivers early-maturing, compact white curds (350–450 g) with high yield (18–20 t/ha). Tolerant to major pests and diseases, it is suitable for early sowing and has been successfully marketed across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Nepal.
