Terms and Conditions for Respondents of the Questionnaire

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) to the Government of India and you (the Respondent). All respondents are required to confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below in addition to filling the mandatory sections of the questionnaire for successful submission of this questionnaire.

1. The office will process information provided by you per our Privacy Policy. You agree to ensure that all data or information you provide to us shall be accurate and complete.

2. This survey is only for the purpose it is meant and the data so collected will neither be shared nor used for any other purpose.

3. This survey is meant only for those respondents who are employed/ working in government organizations/ academia/ universities/ research institutions and national labs.

4. Respondent acknowledges and agrees that the Office of PSA is not obliged to extend the availability of the survey beyond the stated deadline.

5. Respondents are requested not to use any content of this questionnaire for any purpose whatsoever. Content and information provided through the questionnaire that was not shared by the respondent, are termed Office of PSA’s Materials. The copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights in and to these materials belong to the Office of PSA and contributors and the Office of PSA reserves their intellectual property rights in these materials.

6. The Respondent, and not the Office of PSA, is responsible for all content, including text, sound, photographs, images, videos, and other materials submitted by the Respondent through this Questionnaire.

7. The Office of PSA can block or terminate the access of any respondent to the Questionnaire if the former finds that the content provided by the respondent is non-compliant with this Agreement.
