SDG School 2023 - Call for Applications by Makers Asylum

The Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India is facilitating the SDG School 2023 - Call for Applications by Makers Asylum

SDG School is a 2 weeks long experiential learning program that brings together an interdisciplinary and multicultural group together to work on problems and take ownership for community led action. It gives the participants the framework to fit themselves into the larger planetary goals and exposes them to a real life network of organizations, mentors and peers to start their sustainable journeys.

Phase 1: We will be selecting 50 teams (~200 participants) from all over the world to join the first experiential virtual 10 days bootcamp – 20th Feb – 3rd Mar 2023

Phase 2: Select 10 teams (~50 participants) get an opportunity to come to Makers Asylum, Goa in March for “Acceleration Residency” to further build their project prototypes with our community support & resources

Phase 3: On completion of the residency, these select teams will have exposure to the right stakeholders and changemakers to transform

their ideas into real-world solutions

SDG school is open to all the youth but does not have an upper limit.

The United Nations, for statistical purposes, defines ‘youth’, as those persons between the ages of 18 and 35 years, without prejudice to other definitions by Member States.

The program is ideal for anyone who wants to start their sustainability journey and learn how to create a positive social impact
