IP Manthan 3.0 by Office of the Controller General of Patents Designs and Trademarks

The Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India is facilitating IP Manthan 3.0 by Office of the Controller General of Patents Designs and Trademarks

The Union Budget 2023 envisages development of India during the "Amrit Kaal" by making Technology and Knowledge accessible to grassroots and rural economy. Union Budget signifies to set up a Unity Mall in every state capital or most prominent tourism centre and sell their own ODOPs (one district, one product), Geographical Indication products, other handicraft products, and for providing space for such products of all the States.

The office of CGPDTM in association with Sanrachana Foundation is conducting the 'IP Manthan 3.0'. Periodic discussions on various IP related topics are being organized under the IP Manthan, creating vibrant interactive participation from IP fraternity to brainstorm on various aspects of Intellectual Property and innovations linking to societal, economic and cultural development of the country

In the view of the above, we are organizing a virtual discussion on "Enabling Geographical Indication Empowerment under Culture-20" on 21st February 2022 at 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm.
