Call for Proposal for Inviting Applications for HealthHacks Hackathon 2023 by Atal Incubation Centre – CCMB

The Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India is facilitating HealthHacks Hackathon 2023 by Atal Incubation Centre – CCMB

AIC-CCMB and SINE, IIT Bombay together are organizing the HealthHacks Hackathon to award the best minds in Big Data analytics in the life sciences. The perceived challenges, including but not limited to, are:

1.   Integrating databases on Genomics, Diseases, and Patient Data - Challenges in Format compatibility/optimization.
2.  Tools/Strategies to assess the quality of Data. 
3.  Response time in variant calling from Genomic data for understanding disease biology.
4.  Data display: Genomic data visualization tool / dashboard.
5.  Selected ideas can get an opportunity to incubate at SINE, IIT Bombay and AIC CCMB (subject to review and policy of the incubator), prize money, and funding opportunities. 

They are looking for passionate individuals who want to explore the boundaries of technologies to address pressing problems in healthcare. If you are a student innovator, research scholar or an early-stage startup, and consider yourself a wizard in emerging tech like AI/ML/Big Data/Blockchain/IOT, or are a hardcore researcher, we invite you to be a part of this hackathon!

Winning teams with impactful idea can get an opportunity to convert it into a startup and incubate at SINE, IIT Bombay and AIC CCMB (subject to review and policy of the incubator), prize money, and funding opportunities.
