Call for Proposal for Inviting Applications for Electraverse Sparks Startup Challenge by Climate Collective Foundation

The Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India is facilitating the Electraverse Sparks Startup Challenge by Climate Collective Foundation.

The Electraverse Spark Start-up Challenge is a challenge for start-ups revolutionizing energy transition in India! The challenge is organized by apex industry body IEEMA as part of its flagship global showcase - ELECRAMA. The top 12 winning start-ups will get prize money and awards at a global stage.

Climate change is increasing the focus of industries on transition to net zero and electricity is becoming the dominant energy source in this quest. A decarbonised power sector, dominated by renewable sources, is at the core of this transition to a sustainable energy future. The energy sector is looking to adopt more innovative technologies to achieve this transition. With an aim to provide a platform for the technology start-ups introducing new innovation in the electrical and electronics industry, the Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association, as part of the 15th edition of its annual event ELECRAMA, is conducting a challenge to recognize top 12 climate tech startups in the field of: 

1.   Advanced Electric Mobility
2.  Future Engines of Decarbonisation
3.  Low Carbon Cooling
