1. Project aims to support ongoing community engagement for the COVID-19 vaccination drive
- Strengthen last mile enumeration and immunization session planning, by last mile functionaries (ANM, ASHA, AWW and any other last mile workers) deployed for line listing
- Support in building awareness and counselling in last mile communities
- Support the reporting of Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI) and Adverse Event of Special Interest (AESI) beyond 30 minutes following vaccine administration, using an in-built monitoring system
2. Project team has robust volunteer base in select states of the country, which can be engaged to drive local action. Outside those regions, they will need an NGO partner or the frontline health workers to take up this work

1. The Ubiqare platform is a multi-tenanted cloud-based platform with an underlying HIPAA compliant EMR, patient-centric access and integrated interactive audio-video chat for post-vaccination follow up with patients. The vaccination beneficiaries’ clinical data will be centrally stored on cloud storage with access to the clinical team of doctors and nurses.
2. C-CAMP will coordinate, mentor and provide deployment assistance to the device maker, including connecting them to relevant state govt officials in Karnataka.
