PSA chaired the first National Advisory Committee (NAC) of the Initiative on Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Statistics on August 4, 2022. Participants from various departments deliberated upon establishing a coordinated mechanism to strengthen the national STI Statistics system. The objective of the initiative is to leverage meaningful use of data and STI indicators in policy as well as program planning in the country.
