Problem
Access to affordable and accurate diagnostic tests. Molecular diagnostics are the most specific and sensitive tests but currently out of reach of most Indians due to high costs of equipment and kits.

Solutions
Portable isothermal PCR device at 1/10th cost of commercial devices and compatible kits that enable molecular diagnostics test for kala-azar, Malaria, Dengue and other diseases closer to the sample collection location. This would enable increased access of such accurate tests across the country.

Brief description
Hand-held isothermal PCR device with no compromise on performance developed at 1/10th the cost of existing commercial imported systems that offer similar capabilities.
