Building on the 2023 and 2025 editions, the 2026 Dialogue will explore how the convergence of frontier technologies is reshaping economies, transforming industries, and influencing policy responses to emerging opportunities and challenges. As an invite-only platform, it will bring together key government agencies from India and strategic partner countries, as well as industry stakeholders, to shape conversations and identify opportunities for cooperation in the rapidly evolving frontier technology landscape. The Technology Dialogue 2026 will be co-organised by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India (OPSA), the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), the Ministry of External Affairs, India (MEA), and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF).
